Wii Fit Plus @ the Library

Beginning Monday, February 6, at 10:30 a.m. Kay Drabek will lead the sessions to help participants get some simple exercises into their day. We now have a Wii Fit Plus module and we want you to help us use it. It’s not too early in the morning, it’s not too stressful, and it’s fun! Each session will be 30-45 minutes long. We hope to see you!

WIRELESS ACCESS: Eufaula Memorial Library has free wireless Internet access available. Anyone may bring a laptop to the library and access the Internet with a library card. Temporary cards are available for visitors to the area.
WRITER’S GROUP: The weekly writer’s group will be meeting at the library on Thursday mornings at 10:00 am, and interested writers are invited to join them.

The group, known as Story Catchers, usually does a short timed writing exercise at each meeting and agrees on a topic to write about for the next week. And they always have fun! Call the library for more information – or just show up next Thurday morning.
YOGA: “Yoga and Movement for seniors” classes meet every Monday and Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the library. Everyone is invited to come and join the fun – it’s a gentle way to get some exercise.
